Before joining Divorcepath, Liza spent over three years as Client Care Coordinator at The Common Sense Divorce, one of Canada's largest family mediation practices. She holds a Post-Graduate Certification in Family Mediation from York University, giving her a practitioner's understanding of the workflows our tools are built to support.
Our engineering team conducts ongoing research and development across computational family law, document automation, and AI. We build the full platform — a proprietary calculation engine with full tax integration, a DOCX-native browser-based document editor, AI-powered financial data extraction, and automated court form generation for all Canadian jurisdictions.
Our team includes legal advisors who guide calculations, forms, and agreements. We consult regularly with practising family lawyers and leading firms in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary to validate our formulas and ensure our tools reflect how family law is actually practised in each province and territory.
