As a Divorcepath customer specialist, you will assist professional and individual users from initial inquiries through onboarding and thereafter. Responsibilities will include client account administration, sales outreach and promotional activities, and relationship management.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, will be necessary to achieve success in this role.
- Prior experience in customer facing roles
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with cloud software
- Motivated to help families and individuals navigating the divorce process
- Prior experience in a law firm setting an asset
