Automation platforms and webhook workflows
Overview
Divorcepath can participate in automation workflows through API keys and webhooks. Firms and organizations often use this to connect Divorcepath with approved automation platforms, internal systems, intake processes, or reporting workflows.
Authentication
Automation access is typically authenticated with an API key generated in Divorcepath. Store keys securely and only use them with approved destinations and workflows.
Webhook events
Depending on your configuration, webhook events can be used to notify other systems when client records, documents, or support calculations are created or updated. This allows downstream systems to stay in sync with the Divorcepath matter record.
Typical workflow
- Create an API key in Divorcepath.
- Configure the destination platform or internal endpoint.
- Select the event or workflow you want to automate.
- Map Divorcepath data to the receiving system.
- Test the workflow before enabling it in production.
