Protecting client matter data is a core part of how Divorcepath is built and operated.
Client matter data is stored and processed in Canadian infrastructure. This includes client files, uploaded financial documents, calculations, and generated forms.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled through account permissions and authentication controls, and activity logging helps teams review access and investigate issues when needed.
Divorcepath supports security review for firms and organizations evaluating the platform. Additional security documentation, including our SOC 2 materials, is available during review under the appropriate process.
